Finally my new cast iron frying pans have arrived, from the Stur kickstarter project.
Not totally vegetarian: carbonara.
But, the recipe says (2p) 100g bacon, I used 50g iberico, and that is good. Also, two eggs suffice, the extra two egg yolks are not necessary.
I don’t like to use egg whites or yolks anyway, what do you do with the leftover..
