The house now is called "Otro Azul". No idea what it means. "Outer blue"? "Beyond blue"? Someone suggested its a footbal club. Pff. We'll rename the house. It's going to be "Casa Aargh".
You could wonder if it should be Casa Argh. I tried to ask both Terry Gilliam and Eric Idle via twitter, but they have more pressing matters on their minds. So many people who want to move to a Casa Argh, Aaargh, Aaaaaargh, AaAargh, AaAarghh, etc..
And of course we will install an (illuminated) grail shaped beacon!

We brought our driver's license and the application for the new ID card to the notary, just to prove it was really me. The notary glanced at the ID card and frowned at the driver's license. "What am I supposed to do with that driver's license?" Phew.
One small issue at the notary's office was that the sellers' lawyer wasn't there. Not even after half an hour. (The sellers themselves weren't there; they had the lawyer handle it.) Almost an hour later. Grrr. She didn't have the keys; we had to pick them up from the selling agent. Isn't that called a key handover? Hmm. And you don't get a receipt after handing over the checks, which still have a ton of money on them.
Empty-handed, with an empty bank account, and somewhat dissatisfied, we left the building.
Fortunately, an hour later there was an email with a PDF with the confirmation, with signatures and nice blue stamps on it.
