Restaurants in Spain are less "cozily" lit than in The Netherlands. White bright lights,
or even blueish fluorescents. And a television. Or two. One with a sports channel, another opera. Yesterday a new experience:
pizza on a restaurant terrace, with an open heart surgery programme on the tv. Nice.

Juan Moreno

Not far from new home there is a splendid restaurant: Juan Moreno. Not the average Spanish restaurant, but a very adventurous one. And it's damn good, as we can vouch for after just one visit so far. But more surely follow.

Aperitif. With CO2 smoke and cooling.

Crisp with sardine built-in.

yes, a blue wine. Naturally so, according to the label.

Broccoli mousse dessert. And yes, it is broccoli. Daring dessert.
