Juan Moreno

Not far from new home there is a splendid restaurant: Juan Moreno. Not the average Spanish restaurant, but a very adventurous one. And it's damn good, as we can vouch for after just one visit so far. But more surely follow.

Aperitif. With CO2 smoke and cooling.

Crisp with sardine built-in.

Jawel, blauwe wijn. Natuurlijke kleur, volgens het etiket.

Sorry, dit was al op voor we aan een foto dachten. Dit is nog een sprietje van een Garrucha garnaal.

Lemon gin.

Broccoli mousse dessert. En ja, er zit ècht broccoli in, duidelijk te proeven. Wij vinden het... gewaagd.
