Horren 2 / Fly Screens 2

Dan de horren voor de twee grote ramen. Met wat dikker aluminium profiel, van 1.5 cm. Elk een dag werk, maar het werkt. Meteen konden een paar vliegen al niet meer naar buiten. Succes!

Een vervelend verrassinkje bij het tweede raam: ik heb niet gezien dat onderaan het raam een balkje zit dat naar buiten draait, en dan een centimeter buiten het kozijn steekt. Dan kan je dus niet de hor in het raam zetten, want als je het raam dicht doet duw je de hor naar buiten. Het verklaart tevens waarom de onderkant van de oude hor los zat. Die was wel op het kozijn geniet (uiteraard), maar dat gaat natuurlijk ook los als je het raam dicht doet.

Kortom, die hor moet bovenaan scharnieren, dan duwt het raam de hor automatisch naar buiten. No problemo señor.

So, the fly screen needs a hinge at the top, so it automatically gets pushed out a bit when the window is closed. No problemo señor.
