Where that pipe leads to or from is unknown, but it is thought now that it is the pipe for bringing water to Vera. And that is no longer there, because the aqueduct collapsed a few years ago:

That aqueduct is the continuation of the water tunnel that supplied the mill under our house. That same tunnel continues to vera, where there was another mill, and fields to irrigate.

Bend in the tube to our balsa, with a block of concrete to keep it nicely in place.
