Trusses van Thomann, of toch niet? // Trusses from Thomann, or not?

Kent u van die webshops die zaken aanbieden als "in voorraad" of "op voorraad in 2-5 dagen", en dan nadat je hebt besteld er opeens weken over doen? www.thomann.de is er, dus, zo een.

Op het moment van bestellen (3 dagen geleden):

En dan hoop je natuurlijk dat de voorraad door jouw bestelling is uitgeput, en dat voor volgende klanten de nieuwe voorraad pas over 3 weken binnenkomt, maar helaas.

"Unfortunately, the supplier has delay with this item."

De voorwaarden van Thomann geven overigens aan "In such a case, the customer shall be notified immediately" als spullen er niet zijn, maar daar houdt men zich niet erg aan. Ik zag het toevallig. Kortom, voorlopig vind ik Thomann een ONBETROUWBAAR KLOTEBEDRIJF dat de eigen verantwoordelijkheid naar hùn leverancier schuift. Zodra ik de spullen elders wèl zie cancel ik de bestelling. Eikels.

For the time being I think Thomann is an untrustworthy party that shifts its responsibility to its supplier. If I happen to see the goods somewhere else I'll cancel the order. Assh*les.
