Do you know web shops that advertise goods as "in stock", or "in stock in 2-5 days", and the moment you ordered suddenly appear to have no stock, and delay delivery? www.thomann.de is such a shop. The moment we ordered one of the items had a 2-5 days in stock time, but when I looked later "June 15", that is in 3 weeks. Plus delivery time.
Of course you at first hope that is because of your order, so their stock is depleted, and the new stock will ariive in 3 weeks, but no.
"Unfortunately, the supplier has delay with this item."
The terms&conditions of Thomann state that "In such a case, the customer shall be notified immediately", but even that: no. I just happened to look, and saw the new date. For the time being I think Thomann is an untrustworthy party that shifts its responsibility to its supplier. If I happen to see the goods somewhere else I'll cancel the order. Assh*les.
