Almuerzo

Lunch in Dutch is.. eh.. lunch, but in Spanish it's "almuerzo", and its very good, especially if the sun is shining, and the outside table is assembled, and it's February 27th, 20º while in NL it's 6º and raining. SAD!

This almuerzo is last christmas' duck confit, braised red cabbage with aniseed, cinnamon, 5-spice, orange-juice and -zest, and fried potatoes.

    Ja sorry, we zijn de mayonaises hier nog even aan het ontdekken, en deze Hellmans is inderdaad geen blijver. Rare structuur ook, of er gelatine in zit. Maar we roeren er gewoon zelf een flinke klodder mosterd doorheen, en dan is ie te hebben. De Kraft is ook niet lekker, en de Musa ook niet.
